Naasha prides herself on collaborating with others to create eye-catching layouts and designs that tell an intriguing story while being visually appealing. She currently works for Ganett’s Center for News Design where she has learned to increase her speed and accuracy. Each day is spent working with local newsrooms from across the country to produce news sections on tight deadlines. Her introduction to the world of news design began when she spent two years serving as Design Chief at The Maroon, the Loyola University New Orleans official newspaper, where she formed lasting friendships, learned new techniques, and created an award-winning newspaper with a team that became her second family.

You can often find Naasha exploring dog parks with her sweet Australian Shepherd mix, Roux, reading comics or tinkering with her 3D printer. She has been immersed in the world of news design and wants to continue learning how to improve in the field and bring new innovative ideas to this essential medium.
